Band Camp Schedule 

Registration Day* - Monday August 17th
Students, please come prepared with all your SIGNED forms and participation FEES. Check in at the Band Camp Registration table within your assigned time frame. Your paperwork and fees will be verified and you will be sent to get your uniforms fitted. Your scheduled times are as follows (by grade and last name):

Band Camp Checklist 
Students: Please bring the following items to camp!

	Signed form: Authorization for Another to Consent to Treatment of Child (this is mandatory)
	Signed Team Membership Agreement (this is mandatory)
	BHSME Fees Invoice and a Check for Fees! (this is mandatory). Fees are due on Monday, August 17. If you have not paid your fees by Friday, Aug. 21 there will be a $25 late fee assessed and your student will be suspended from participating (sent home) until the fees are paid.
	Beaverton High School Activity Fee (this is mandatory) Make check out to Beaverton High School.
	Other forms
	Water bottles (filled with ice water) Freeze a half-filled water jug the night before!
	Sun screen and sun glasses
	Appropriate dress for the weather
	Lightweight long-sleeved shirt in case it gets too cool or too hot.
	Sneakers and socks (No sandals allowed!)
	Hat
	Sack lunch and/or dinner or money to purchase food
	Working band instrument or colorguard equipment
	Music
	Pencils
	One ½ inch 3-ring binder

Parents - Friday, August 28th - Times & Locations TBA

• BHSME Post-Camp Performance
• Dessert Potluck

After the Parent Meeting, watch the band perform what they’ve learned at camp! Bring a simple dessert or drink to share for the Dessert Potluck that follows. Please bring a treat based on your marcher’s last name.
A - F - Two dozen cookies
G - K - Two dozen bar cookies
L - R - 12 pack of soda, water, or other beverage
S - Z -  One dozen cupcakes
One package of paper napkins
