Day* - Monday August 17th
Students, please come prepared with all
your SIGNED forms and participation
FEES. Check in at the Band Camp
Registration table within your assigned
time frame. Your paperwork and fees will
be verified and you will be sent to get
your uniforms fitted. Your scheduled
times are as follows (by grade and last
name):

Check for Fees! (this is mandatory). Fees are due on
Monday, August 17. If you have not paid your fees by
Friday, Aug. 21 there will be a $25 late fee assessed
and your student will be suspended from participating
(sent home) until the fees are paid.

After the Parent
Meeting, watch the band perform what they’ve learned
at camp! Bring a simple dessert or drink to share
for the Dessert Potluck that follows. Please bring a
treat based on your marcher’s last name.
A - F - Two dozen cookies
G - K - Two dozen bar cookies
L - R - 12 pack of soda, water, or other beverage
S - Z - One dozen cupcakes
